The year 2024 marks the 60th anniversary of Unikko (Poppy), one of the most recognized Marimekko print designs in the world. To celebrate, this unique take on the famous poppies combines two of designer Maija Isola's patterns in a vibrant yellow and beige colorway. Called Vesi Unikko, the poppies are blown up in size and almost abstract, while the delicate Vesi (water) pattern represents Marimekko's legacy of iconic stripes. Atop this 100% wool jacquard knit blanket, you can celebrate this milestone while cozying up in style. The colors are reversed on the backside, meaning it will look stunning however it is folded or draped in the home. Included is a "Unikko 60th Anniversary" tag.
